Shipping:

At this time, we are only able to ship product to the United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Furniture sent via freight carriers may have extended processing and delivery times. Shipping times on our products are estimated and reflect the time it takes for the item to leave our warehouse. Based on current carrier conditions, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks after the item leaves our warehouse for delivery. Please note that items ordered together will not arrive in the same box. Please note that replacement parts may have longer shipping times.

We hope you are happy with your purchase! Items can be returned within 30 days upon receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost if the item is deemed resalable.

  • ● Furniture can be returned by contacting us within 30 days of delivery, however these items are subject to a warehouse restocking fee equal to 30% of the purchase price.
  • ● Any damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery by emailing happy@wovenbyrd.com with photos to support the claim.
  • ● For items purchased during a special promotion or using a free shipping code, a 30% return shipping fee will be deducted from the original price of your item.
